Diane Truong

Diane began her escrow career in 2005, and later joined the e-escrows, inc. team in 2010 as an assistant escrow officer. This position included all aspects of the escrow process, which also included being the acting full-time Escrow Officer when others were out of the office or on vacation.

• Diane has been an Escrow Officer since the beginning of this year (2017).

• Prior to starting her escrow career, Diane worked in banking at Bank of America.

Mission Statement: With Lauren Hada on my team, our goal is to exceed your expectations and do whatever we can to make every escrow we handle as stress-free as possible. We have an “open door” policy and we welcome all calls, emails, or just dropping by our office anytime. Taking care of our clients is our #1 priority. We are always ready and willing to go the extra mile for you and your clients. We have the knowledge to handle numerous types of escrow transactions including, but not limited to, residential resale, short sale, 1031 exchanges and refinance transactions. With our combined knowledge of escrow and exceptional customer service skills, we ensure our clients a smooth and seamless transaction. We pride ourselves on being proactive, detail focused, efficient, and very organized which are key factors of a successfully closed escrow. OTHER INFORMATION: My family brings me the most joy in my life, so when I’m not hard at work in the office, I’m spending time with them.
