Certifications
All of our employees, shareholders, officers, and directors must register with the California Department of Business Oversight and the Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation; be fingerprinted and undergo a thorough State and Federal criminal background check. Only after completion of that process are those individuals permitted to process and handle any escrow transaction.
